Winston-Salem, NC — The Allman Spry Law Firm welcomes intellectual property attorney and 2027 Lawyer of the Year in Trademark Law (Raleigh) Arthur J. DeBaugh. Art is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Trademark Law and is recognized for many years of advising clients on trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, dispute resolution, and licensing.
Art served as former in-house counsel for Sara Lee Corporation and has successfully prosecuted more than 3,000 trademark applications in various industries such as software, electronics, health care, marketing, consumer packaged goods, apparel/textile, retail, food & beverage, and higher education.
As a recognized North Carolina Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property, Art guides his clients through the process of bringing products to market, intellectual property policies and procedures, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with employees, vendors, and third-party contractors.
