Scott Thomas Horn
Director & Shareholder
Commercial real estate and corporate law attorney Scott Horn joined Allman Spry upon graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2000. Prior to entering law school, he owned and operated a family retail business and a real estate brokerage firm, experiences which have given him a more comprehensive understanding of the issues and challenges faced by his clients. His law practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial property and business transactions as well as condemnation and foreclosure actions.
Scott has extensive experience representing a range of clients from individuals and small businesses to multi-billion dollar companies in acquiring, selling, and leasing real property and business assets. Scott has been awarded the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and recognized as a “Legal Elite” in real estate by Business North Carolina magazine.
Scott Horn enjoys comedy, golf (many would say watching him golf is the best comedy), the shooting sports, and reading spy novels. He used to enjoy playing chess until his 12-year-old son beat him in a game, fair and square. Although he is not a medical doctor, Scott truly believes laughter is the best medicine.
