Commercial real estate attorney Jodi Hildebran joined the firm after graduating magna cum laude from Wake Forest University’s School of Law in 2008. Jodi practices primarily in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Business Law, and Intellectual Property groups.

Jodi began her legal career as a business litigator, where she gained a unique litigator’s perspective on the disputes that sometimes arise in commercial transactions and employment relationships. She now draws on that litigation experience when negotiating, drafting, and revising commercial real estate documents, non-disclosure agreements, and employment and non-compete agreements. Jodi also provides her clients with legal advice on general intellectual property protection strategies, branding, marketing, and federal registration of trademarks, and advises clients on trade secret protection plans.
