Business and bankruptcy law attorney Brad Leggett joined the law firm in 1971 after serving a two-year clerkship with a United States District Judge. His practice is concentrated on business and commercial areas, with a primary emphasis on debtor/creditor law, financial workouts and restructuring and business reorganizations. He is a former Chairman of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1989. He is one of only 10 practicing attorneys in the State of North Carolina who are Fellows in the American College of Bankruptcy.
