About

Since 1962, integrity has been the law around here.

Our firm traces its origin to founder C. Edwin Allman Jr., who came to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to begin practicing law. It was his vision to assemble a small group of exceptionally talented attorneys who shared certain core values beyond simply providing high-quality legal services. Mr. Allman sought out other Winston-Salem, NC attorneys with a focus on improving the quality of life in the community and state, a dedication to personal and professional development and growth, a drive to establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and, perhaps above all, a commitment to conduct the practice of law with the highest degree of personal and professional integrity.

Allman Spry Law Firm Winston-Salem, NC attorneys Joe and Eddie Allman

No matter the scale of the challenges ahead, Allman Spry remains loyal and committed to its clients’ interests, from start to finish.

Building lasting relationships with our clients remains one of the hallmarks of our firm and our Winston-Salem, NC attorneys. Earning the confidence of our clients has been a challenge our lawyers have met successfully time and time again.

At the Allman Spry Law Firm, we offer personal attention from highly experienced lawyers and professional staff members. Most of our paralegals are board-certified by the North Carolina State Bar.

We take a collaborative and practical approach. Our attorneys consult with colleagues who practice in other areas of the law to ensure that issues are thoroughly examined and analyzed from different viewpoints. This interdisciplinary team approach delivers high-quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients.

A commitment to our community.

Our Winston-Salem, NC attorneys and staff understand and accept Mr. Allman’s commitment to improving the quality of life in our communities. We are fortunate to have lawyers who offer leadership to a variety of community and charitable organizations such as the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, the Piedmont Wind Symphony, the Special Needs Alliance, and The Shalom Project, as well as professional organizations such as the North Carolina Bar Association, the Forsyth County Bar Association, and the Winston-Salem Estate Planning Council.

We believe Mr. Allman would be proud of the firm he founded and how Allman Spry has grown. In particular, he would be gratified that after more than 60 years, our attorneys continue as professionals who exemplify the core values he felt were so important.
