Commercial Real Estate Lawyer John A. Hildenbrand II joins the Allman Spry Law Firm

Winston-Salem, NC — The Allman Spry Law firm welcomes real estate lawyer John A. Hildenbrand II who focuses his practice in commercial real estate, commercial leasing, and business transactions.

A graduate of Wake Forest Law, John served as a member of the Student Bar Association and as an Executive Board Member for the Transactional Law Competition. Prior to law school, John earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina where he served in several leadership positions in the South Carolina Corps of Cadets. After graduating from The Citadel and before starting law school, John served our country as an officer in the Army National Guard.

John took a particular interest in commercial real estate while at Wake Law, and he was awarded the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award in 2024 for his performance in real estate drafting.

John practices primarily in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Outside of his work, John enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
